It’s awesome to see that Tampa’s cigar-making heritage continues to live on in name and practice at Cigar City Brewing. This definitely seems like a great place to visit for any craft beer/cigar aficionado. Thanks for sharing!

mmmmmmm, beeeeeer…..Great post and photos. As a former resident of Tampa who has tried and enjoyed a few Cigar City beers I really enjoyed reading this and seeing the great photos. Look forward to checking out their tasting room next time we’re in town visiting friends. Very cool that they can be found at Disney now! Hopefully they make it over to Europe soon :)

I have heard that beer is the new wine – and regardless of whether you agree, you have to admire the ingenuity of today’s brewmasters as they produce such wonderfully complex and utterly delicious craft beer. Furthermore, it is hard not to be impressed by the creative artwork that goes into designing the bottles!

In reply to Jennifer. Jennifer, I have found many people that don't care for beer have only tried one or two styles and then lumped all beers together in the same category. Beer is as wide ranging in flavor and texture as wine is and has just as many varieties. I would encourage to try more red ales if you found a Greek red you liked. The other thing you could do is go to a brew-pub or brewery and try their samplers so you can try a bunch of flavors without the commitment of a whole pint. Cheers!

Oh my, those Cuban sandwiches look good! I’m not much of a beer drinker, but I recently found a red beer in Greece I thought was great! Maybe I just need to try more?
