Hey,
This is going to sound weird, but as a kid I used to love blizzards growing up in MN. They were kind of exciting. First of all it possibly meant a, “snow day,” no school. I also liked being snowed in, kind of cozy. Also all that snow was so fun to play in. One year we had so much snow that it drifted up to the eaves of the roofs of the lower farm sheds and we climbed up to the top of the roof and slid down to the bottom. It was fun so roll with it!

In reply to Ana. We're pretty sure we are going to hit some snow along the way. We are just hoping it's the light and fun snow, and not the blizzard kind! It's funny that you mention the shovel, we actually went out and bought one just before we left on this trip :-)
