It’s funny. We are both a few minutes away from where we grew up. It’s amazing how different your hometown feels after leaving and coming back.

I’m literally living across the street from where I spent my entire life up until 19. Afterwards, home became California, Hawaii, Nevada, New Zealand, and a few other places. I love being nomadic, but I still like remember growing up in that house that has been torn down and replaced by someone else’s home now. But you are right, home is where the heart is, and even though a piece is still here, my heart is around the world
