As a beginning traveler, I am looking for any/all ways to get out of Florida LOL…I have lived here all my life :) This is definitely one trip that I would like to plan…can you post more details?

In reply to Karen Dawkins. Alaska was absolutely amazing for so many different reasons. It should be on many people's lists. That doughnut was to die for! It was Chocolate covered with Rice Crispies and peanut butter!!! I wish I could drive back to Portland and get one right now!

Apparently, I’m hungry. All those gorgeous shots and I gravitate to the no-name doughnut! My son wants to visit Alaska when he’s a high school senior (our seniors get to pick the family vacation — thankfully, they’re all four years apart). It looks beautiful.
