For the last 20 Years the city of Lake Worth, Fl has held an annual Street Painting Festival. We had an awesome time at the festival and wanted to share some pictures of the event. It’s truly fascinating to see what emerges on the street “canvas” in less than 48 hours using just chalk. Sadly there is no way to preserve the images and they only last until the next rain.

We visited the 2013 Global Pet Expo in Orlando, Fl to take a look at all the exciting and innovative dog friendly travel products that are coming to the market this year! There are so many new products that will make travel with your dogs easier and more enjoyable. We met quite a few vendors and were impressed with their creative problem solving to ensure that traveling with your pets across town or across country is safer than ever. On top of that there were lots of really cool products that you and your fur babies can enjoy at home! Here are some of our favorites!
I have spent most of my life in Florida, but I have to admit that after a while, it dulls your views on all this great state has to offer. Florida is not just beaches and theme parks (though we do have many of both)! I have lived all over Florida and vacationed through most of it. I know that I am not the only one that has awoken on a Saturday morning to think “I’m bored! What’s there to do in this town?” After living somewhere for years, it is very easy to start taking it for granted. While on a family holiday to Spain, we had the opportunity to visit the famous White Towns of Andalusia. It was such a fascinating and historical experience! We wandered the streets of Vejer de la Frontera in Cadiz, Spain and were completely overwhelmed by the simplistic beauty of it.
